Back to School Anxiety

A new school year or school term brings a lot of change and unfamiliarity for children and parents. It really is a time of transition for everyone to find their feet and settle in to a new routine. The best thing we can do is be patient and accept that there might be good days and bad days, especially to start.

 

Here are a few of my favourite things to try at home to help ease the ‘back to school’ worries.
